When you opt-in to Smart Notifications, we collect your mobile phone number and any name or contact information provided during the registration process on our platform.
We use your information exclusively to provide the "Smart Notifications" service you have requested. This includes sending memory-related photos, personalized conversational prompts, and deep-links to the Memtastic application to drive engagement with your saved content.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All the above categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text STOP to our long code. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you a final SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS/MMS messages from us. If you wish to join again, you may sign up through the Memtastic application settings.
